Ryan Hale

"I feel in this world we are constantly barraged with images through television and advertisements. In our cities, ads are plastered to every available surface. It all becomes white noise for the eyes. What I want the viewer to take away from my work is that you don’t have to focus on everything at once. Focus on one thing and take pleasure from it. Look at the color of a lemon, the form of a jumping dog, or the shapes of a silhouetted skyline. As for everything else, let it all blur into abstract color."
